I went to court today for the Judges decision on granting me an Interlocutory Appeal. I didn’t know it was going to happen until late yesterday afternoon when my attorney called me. He told me what was going to happen and said it would be wise for me to attend just so nobody could cause any problems. I spent a few hours in the court room just to have the judge grant it without really even hardly looking at it, or taking note of my presence. Now I wait to see if the Court of Appeals will take the case, and then to see when the first hearing is. Your prayers are much appreciated.

the post reads “or taking not of my presence” shouldn’t it read “or taking note of my presence” it says not instead of note

Ya, so I find out chickens bite. For some strange reason they get moody when you take their eggs. I got the egg, but the chicken was clearly not pleased. That’s also the chicken that went missing. Your dad asked if I had a good chicken dinner.
I like BBQ chicken.

I didn’t know they bite, but now I do.
As for preparing one, I don’t think I would have a problem killing one, either shooting it or chopping its head off on a block. It’s funny to watch them run around with no head. But, I have no desire to clean it, pluck it, gut it, and all the other nasty stuff that goes along with it. I’ll cut up a gutted plucked raw bird, but that’s the best you’ll get from me.
