Computer
I have good reason to believe the problems I’m having are hard drive related. I formatted my computer last night and it still has the same problem. It will just decide to stop working. At that point rebooting only causes it to happen again soon after logging in.
I probably will not have time tonight, but sometime in the next day or two I plan to try again. I have two hard drives in there. I have an 80GB and a 60GB. I’ll install in the 60GB and see what it does then.
I haven’t ruled out the power supply, but I don’t have a real good track record with testing those. I wonder, does anyone have a perfectly good working computer that I can put a possibly faulty power supply in just to see what happens?

Computer
It seems that I am plagued with computer problems lately. I got home today to find my computer locked up. I had to push the reset button to reboot. It booted up, I logged in, and roughly one minute later it locked up again. I repeated this process several times and got this error out of it.
Windows - Delayed Write Error
Windows was unable to save all data for the file D:\$Mft. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
I gave up on it. I’m not a hundred percent sure, but it feels like I have a dieing hard drive. When I did a google search on “Windows - Delayed Write Failure” I found a lot of people with the same error. They all were saying the drives were bad. I’ll attempt a format reinstall sometime later this week and install on a different hard drive. The reason I say I’m not sure is because all of my USB ports stopped working. I doubt that is a good sign. I may end up shopping for a new motherboard instead.

Personal
I got myself a new cell phone yesterday. I got the LG vx8600 which has been affectionately nicknamed the “Flip Chocolate”. It has all of the same features as the Chocolate, but it doesn’t slide open. I has the clam shell type flip open design. I much prefer this design over the sliding style.
The phone came with most of the accessories I will need for it. The only things I will be looking for will be the motorcycle helmet bluetooth headset, and a bluetooth adapter for my computer. A Micro SD memory card will be nice, but I’ll wait and see if my mail in rebate comes back. I don’t every have much confidence in those things.
